I wanted to let all of you know that we are working on some really cool stuff that we will be rolling out in the very near future.
Many of these additions come from customer feedback and feature requests. We always love hearing what all of you would like to see in Link Emperor, and what would make your jobs easier. Today, I wanted to announce a feature addition that has been much requested over the last few months.
As SEO professionals, we know that video is one of the hottest trends right now. This is largely due to the fact that it WORKS! And it works very, VERY well!
This shift in internet marketing means that we are not only wanting to track our Google rankings, but also how well we are ranking within the search engine of YouTube.com. YouTube is the 3rd most popular site in the world (behind only Google & Facebook) so it goes without saying that knowing where you rank in YouTube is just as important if you are doing video.
So now, along with our Google, Bing and Yahoo rank tracking, we are pleased to announce that you have the option to track your YouTube rank!
Here's how it's done…
When setting up a new Campaign you will be given a number of different rank tracking options.
Also, if you want to add this to an existing Campaign, simply click the yellow 'Edit' pencil and you will see the same options.
You can find this Edit option here…
All you have to do from there is select the YouTube rank checking option. (As noted, this option will charge a $0.05 fee per YouTube URL per month)
And that's it, it's that easy!
Even for those of you that may not focus entirely on video, we still highly recommend that you try to include some of these kinds of "ParaSites" in your link building campaigns. Not only do they help to diversify your entire backlink portfolio, but once they begin to rank, they can also be a great source of free traffic!
